Adelaide is a very dedicated farmer.  She and her husband embarked on this project with one objective: to raise premium poultry. To date, they have 3 Label Rouge outdoor runs where they raise guinea fowl, hens, capons, white chickens and yellow chickens on a rotating basis

Thanks to the Label Rouge, customers get poultry from a farm that respects animal welfare and biodiversity, thanks in particular to the outdoor runs with trees and shrubs. The birds are raised and cared for by the farmers over a long period of time. In my opinion, quality, expertise and free range are the words that best describe the Label Rouge
